we had fancy and neat room with smoke detectors. the facilities, such as an ironing set, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk, were all that was needed.

The hotel itself was great looking and amazing. The apartment was fancy and had a microwave, climate control, and an individual safe. The staff was amicable, kept everything exceptionally clean and exceptional. The location was perfect, to the seaside down the hill, in the truly beautiful area. Restaurant Saray Restaurant Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Our stay at Kumluk Konak was fantastic! We spent 7 nights there and found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, especially Veysel. The location was great, with major attractions within walking distance. The apartment had adequate kitchen appliances and cookware, allowing us to cook our own meals. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. we had a wonderful experience and would love to stay at Kumluk Konak again.

loved staying at this cosy family hotel in a strategic location. The host and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and close proximity to supermarkets, bakeries, and attractions like the Hagia Sophia made our stay enjoyable.

This hotel is located in a lively area full of restaurants, shops, and close to the main touristic attractions. the rooms and bathrooms are equipped with new and well-maintained facilities. Guests can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay, with friendly staff and a great breakfast in a hotel with a wonderful view of the surroundings.

The hotel can be hard to find in the beginning, so it's recommended to plan ahead of time.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. the room was warm, and they gave us complimentary drinks and snacks. It was in a great area, close to major attractions and had easy access to public transportation.

The room was cramped, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There were bed bugs in the bed which made for an uncomfortable stay.
